Pragmatic Play

Pragmatic Play is a casino game studio founded in 2015, and slots are what it's best known for. It built its games for mobile from the start. Today it also makes live casino, bingo, virtual sports, scratch cards and crash games.
Three series carry most of its name. Big Bass began with Big Bass Bonanza in December 2020, and Pragmatic's own game list now shows 35 titles in the family. Gates of Olympus launched in February 2021 on a 6x5 grid where wins pay anywhere and symbols tumble. It won Game of the Year at the EGR Operator Awards that year. Sweet Bonanza was announced for June 2019 and runs on a similar grid. Each of the three has a "1000" version with a higher top win, such as Gates of Olympus 1000 and Sweet Bonanza 1000.
The studio is licensed by regulators including the Malta Gaming Authority, the UK Gambling Commission and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. Its slots reached Ontario operators such as Caesars Digital in 2024, and Alberta followed in July 2026.
